Pearl is the COO of First Choice Shipping based in Brooklyn, NY. Pearl joined First Choice in November of 2014 as Director of Sales and Marketing and was elevated to her current role in March of 2019. In her current role, Pearl oversees all operations of the business, with expertise in helping sellers expand their businesses internationally from start to finish. Having negotiated deals with the world’s largest shipping companies and created strategic partnerships with global brands, like Amazon, Pearl is a force to be reckoned with and an important leader within the industry.

Stefan Mladenovic is the CEO and a Co-Founder of Taxually. Based out of Budapest, Hungary, Stefan graduated in Business Administration and Management at Corvinus University of Budapest, after which he spent 2 years with KPMG in its graduate training program. Stefan then returned to education achieving a Master’s degree in International Business and Corporate Finance from ESSCA Ecole de Management. Another 3 years followed at KPMG where Stefan established a Marketplace business unit focusing on VAT compliance for the growing e-commerce sector. Joining forces with 2 other ex-KPMG partners Stefan then created Taxually where he has had the opportunity to put his insight into practice with fully groundbreaking results. Stefan’s focus on key areas of product development and completely re-thinking the compliance business to bring it into the 21st century have been key to the success of Taxually. Through clear thinking and a relentless focus on customers’ experience, compliance is not only easier than ever before but also much more fun. Stefan speaks 5 languages and continues to reside in Budapest with his wife and young son.
Payoneer - Ya Wen
Bio:
Ya is SVP at Payoneer, managing the entire Americas business. Prior to Payoneer, Ya had more than 20 years of industry experience, including 7 years working in the Silicon Valley, 5 years at Microsoft, and he spent the last 8 and half years working at Amazon as an eCommerce general manager. During his tenure at Amazon, Ya accumulated rich, broad and hands-on experience about ecommerce, in particular, how Amazon scales through the powerful “Amazon flywheel”. He owned P&L and served a number of leadership roles within Amazon’s Consumer organization, including category director of Consumer Electronics on the retail side, GM of China seller service and GM of US global selling.

After growing and selling an Internet life insurance agency in 2014, Liran decided to get involved in e-commerce and selling on Amazon. Liran started several ecommerce brands that have sold millions of dollars on Amazon since. Today Liran is widely followed as a thought leader and speaker on marketing and selling on Amazon and is CEO of Incrementum Digital – an Amazon Focused Marketing Agency, and an advisor to 8fig.co which helps brands with supply chain tools and growth capital. He lives in Long Island, New York with his wife and 2 kids.

Jana is a certified translator, international speaker, an e-commerce consultant and also the founder of 7-figure Amazon dedicated translations agency – YLT Translations. She has had over 5 years of experience working with various 7 to 9-figure Amazon sellers and is very passionate about her work.
